Obienaitre offers two training formats for fertility and preconception massage:

Online training: immediate access, complete theory, 200+ practical videos and demonstrations, 50-page manual, training certificate, self-paced learning, unlimited WhatsApp support, monthly live French-language sessions, lifetime access with included updates.

In-person training: two days of practical work in a small group (up to 4 participants), comprehensive online theory, 200+ practical videos and demonstrations, 50-page manual, training certificate. Dates are provided upon booking.

5. Order and confirmation

8. In-person training

Booking in-person training commits the client to attending on the agreed dates. If unable to attend, the client may request a free postponement to a later session, subject to availability and notification at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date. If the client cancels less than 14 days before the training, no refund will be given, but a postponement is possible. In the event of an unjustified absence, no refund or postponement will be granted. In the event of force majeure (epidemic, natural disaster, administrative closure), the training may be postponed or converted to an online format at no additional cost.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in cases of legal exceptions.
